A Support System Awaits You

The Postpartum Pampering Doula Standard

Meal Preparation

I cook with the intention of creating meals that are both deeply nourishing and truly comforting. Each recipe is designed with your postpartum healing in mind—supporting your body as it recovers from birth, navigating sleep deprivation, and balancing shifting hormones. I also consider the nutrient-dense fuel needed to support healthy breastmilk production. You’ll find inspiration from Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine woven throughout my cooking, honoring traditions that center warmth, digestion, and holistic well-being.

Non-Judgmental Support

I believe that every parent is doing the best they can at any given time. It is never my goal to push a particular parenting style, newborn philosophy, or way of life upon you. My aim is to meet you exactly where you’re at- offer a listening ear + open heart.

Housekeeping

As your doula, I’ll focus on caring for the sacred trio: the bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. These spaces are the heart of your healing, and I tend to them with intention. You can also count on me for help with laundry, dishes, and diaper trash—those little things that make a big difference. A tidy, tended home brings a sense of calm, and that peace of mind is part of your postpartum care, too.

Baby Care

I’m here to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to share any questions or concerns you have. When it feels right, I’ll share knowledge from my experience, consult with a wide network of postpartum doulas and infant care experts, or connect you with trusted professionals like lactation consultants or pelvic floor therapists.

And when you need a moment to rest, I’m happy to step in for diaper changes, bottle feeding, or soothing your little one. My goal is to help you feel reassured about your baby’s behavior and confident in the choices you make as a caregiver.

Bodywork

As you are busy taking care of this precious new life, there can be physical and emotional tension that comes with it. We can co-create a bodywork session tailored to you and your experience. I will draw from my toolbox of traditional postpartum ceremonies, herbal foot baths, TCM moxibustion, and Mayan womb massage.

Herbal Aid

Every birth experience is unique, and so is your healing process. I offer a curated collection of small-batch herbal tinctures and salves crafted in my home apothecary to support you through postpartum challenges—soothing afterpains, boosting milk production, balancing hormones, and easing hemorrhoids.

These natural remedies are thoughtfully prepared to nurture your body gently and effectively during this special time.

My Vision

Postpartum Doula Chef cooking in kitchen with yellow apron, stirring yellow dish in blue pot on stove, surrounded by baked goods.

Hi! I’m Maggie. Postpartum Pampering is a heartfelt extension of my lifelong commitment to nurturing women and children. With a background in preschool teaching, infant nannying, and yoga instruction, caring for others has always been at the center of my work — and my joy. In my personal life, you’ll often find me in the backyard garden, crafting herbal remedies, or experimenting with nourishing meals in the kitchen. Becoming a Postpartum Doula felt like the most natural next step.

I believe in a return to community care, especially when it comes to raising children. The early days after birth are a sacred window — a time when mothers need just as much holding as their babies. Using nutrition as a first line of defense, I help new mothers feel grounded, replenished, and cared for. Holding and feeding postpartum women so that they can best hold and feed their babies is the clearest way for me to channel my passion and purpose.

I’ve trained with The Art of Sacred Postpartum, ProDoula, Be Her Village, Samma Karuna, and studied Mayan Womb Massage with Naan Mimi. Still, many of the most valuable tools I use today were shaped during my years as a long-term nanny. That experience taught me how to truly hold space for a mother, nurture two children from infancy, and stay present and attentive while tending to the rhythm of a busy household.

My approach blends the sentimental and the practical- I want to listen to your birth story and fold the laundry. I created Postpartum Pampering as a platform to help families build a foundation of confidence, contentment, and connectedness in their homes.
