This offering was created for the tender weeks after birth: When digestion is delicate, blood and fluids are rebuilding, hormones are shifting, sleep is fragmented, and nourishment matters more than ever.

This is therapeutic postpartum food, timed intentionally to follow the arc of healing.

Twice a week for six weeks, I deliver deeply nourishing meals and provide a brief in‑home check‑in so you can rest, shower, breathe, and be cared for.

6‑Week Ayurvedic & TCM–Inspired Meal Drop‑Off

  • 2 visits per week for 6 weeks (12 total)
    Each visit includes:

    • One large healing entrée (2–4 servings)

    • One small snack or dessert

    • One warming or replenishing drink

    • A brief in‑home support check‑in (20–30 minutes)

      • Gentle emotional check‑in with mom

      • Preparing a nourishing drink

      • Holding baby so you can shower or rest

      • One light household task (trash, dishes, quick reset)

Extended support visits (up to 60 minutes) are available by request for an additional fee.

Meals are prepared in my home kitchen and brought fresh to yours — warm, grounding, and ready to eat.

  • From an Ayurvedic and Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective, the postpartum period is marked by cold, depletion, dryness, and vulnerability. The work of these weeks is to:

    • Warm the body

    • Rebuild blood and fluids

    • Support digestion and assimilation

    • Stabilize hormones and the nervous system

    • Sustain energy through broken sleep

Rather than offering random “healthy meals,” this program follows a progressive structure, gradually building strength and capacity as the weeks unfold.

  • Weeks 1–2: Grounding & Digestive Repair

Focus: Easy digestion, warmth, mineral repletion, and rest

In the earliest days after birth, digestion is fragile and the body is often tense and guarded — especially around elimination. Meals during this phase are soft, moist, warming, and gently lubricating, designed to support the nervous system and make the first bowel movements after birth easier and less stressful.

These foods emphasize hydration, healthy fats, soluble fiber, and warming spices that rebuild your digestive fire.

Weeks 3–4: Blood Building & Strengthening

Focus: Iron repletion, protein, circulation, gentle energy support

As bleeding tapers and strength begins to return, meals become more substantial while remaining deeply nourishing and warming.

Weeks 5–6: Lactation, Hormones & Sustained Energy

Focus: Milk production, hormonal balance, adrenal support, sleep deprivation

As families settle into rhythm — often with less sleep — meals emphasize steady energy, healthy fats, and lactation‑supportive ingredients.

Closing of the Bones Ceremony

This is a traditional ritual that synchronistically originated around the world in Mexico, Russia, and Morocco. Pregnancy is a time of expansion followed by the climax of birth. It is a rite of passage to energetically seal your vessel afterwards. This ritual space involves a warming oil rub to soothe and release, a sealing body wrap with rebozos to offer closure, a crystal bowl sound bath to marinate in, and an herbal foot bath with hand crafted tea for a grounding reentry. This ceremony is held anytime after the 40 day window following birth.
Take this time to honor your transition—your body, your story, your rebirth.
